Electronic music is hotter than ever and its influence on today’s music shows no sign of slowing down. It’s a world of endless sonic possibilities and musical invention, with more and more people getting involved in synthesizers every day. Here is your chance to dive into Electronica in a way few get to experience – learning on one of the largest and most unique analog synthesizers available, The Mighty Rebekah.

 

If you are just starting out or getting interested in synthesis, there is no better way to learn than on a synthesizer that harkens back to the Big Bang of Electronic Music, the Moog- style Modular. It was and still is the foundation of just about every synthesizer made today, so much so that if you begin your journey here, you will come away with a vast working knowledge of just about every synth currently available to you.

 

PERSONALIZED TRAINING

Beginners, please note: You do not need to be an accomplished musician to take full advantage of Rebekah. If fact, piano-type keyboards are only one of many ways to make amazing Music and one-of-kind Sound Effects on an analog synthesizer like Rebekah. You’ll learn about sequencing, ribbon controllers, and a host of other user interfaces that are commonly utilized to create sound.

 

You will learn the basics of Sound, Electronics and Electricity, the essential knowledge needed to fully understand synths of yesteryear and today You will become knowledgeable in all types of synthesis, Subtractive, Additive, FM, West Coast and others.

 

Your education will be hands-on; you will do the cable patching, you will turn the knobs, throw the switches and program the sequencers to make your own sounds and you will come away with the confidence to tackle any electronic instrument and any style of electronic music out there. You may even find a whole new style, as The Mighty Rebekah is a blank canvas with scores of sonic colors in her palette for you to exploit.

Those with previous knowledge of synthesis will find Rebekah equally appealing as a “graduate course”, creating sounds only capable on a massive synth of her kind.
